In March 2024 Thornton + King proudly announced the acquisition of Miller Noyce Lawyers. The acquisition saw Douglas Spencer OAM and his team join Thornton + King, where they continue to operate from the offices at Miller Noyce House in Hornsby.
The acquisition has bolstered Thornton + King’s existing expertise in wills and estates, probate and administration, and estate litigation. It also deepens the firm’s expertise in business law, with Douglas Spencer drawing upon his decades of experience as a Law Society Accredited Specialist in Business Law to assist the clients of Thornton + King.
