Vanessa Caputo

Vanessa spent seven years with Jones Lang LaSalle as their in-house lawyer (Corporate Counsel), reviewing their commercial agreements. Vanessa also worked for a mid tier law firm in their Property, Planning and Environmental team. During this time she acted for clients that included JB Hi-Fi, ING Real Estate, Bunnings, and Orchard Funds Management. In 2010 Vanessa founded a firm by the name of Caputo Lawyers which eventually became part of Thornton + King.

Vanessa is a results driven lawyer who excels at cutting through the legal jargon and helping clients to achieve their objectives. Her wealth of commercial experience allows her to give clear practical guidance to her clients to help them get their deal across the line. Vanessa’s clients often comment on her bubbly nature and ability to be a calming force during critical transactions.
